- Do you sing or act for a living?
- Are you sick and tired of nerves getting in your way?
- Would you like to feel free to enjoy being on stage?
- Do you want to stop worrying about what might go wrong?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, and performance anxiety is holding you back, chances are you are dealing with some measure of unresolved pain and/or trauma from your past. That pain and/or trauma can wreak havoc on your performance by continually eroding your confidence and self-esteem and leaving you overwhelmed with performance anxiety.
EMDR Therapy Researched and Proven To Be An Effective Solution
EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, has been researched and proven to be an effective solution for performance anxiety. It has been demonstrated to take over where talk therapy by itself leaves off, and can literally transform your performance experience in as little as a few weeks.
EMDR Therapy is especially effective, because it induces a psychological transformation of your most upsetting, frightening, and disturbing experiences. This facilitates the release or elimination of unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and sensations that you may have consciously or unconsciously linked to painful events in your past. It is those same unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and sensations that are likely interfering in one way or another with the quality of your stage performance.
